Directed the music video for Happy Birthday To You, a cover by K-pop artist SER!N (세린), released on her official YouTube channel as a birthday gift for fans.
Handled the full creative scope independently — from storyboarding and concept development to location scouting, on-set direction, visual directing, and operating the camera.

Process
Pre-production began with storyboarding and concept planning, followed by location scouting across Seoul to find the right studio space. The shoot ran for five hours with a two-person crew — I directed and operated the camera, while my collaborator focused on prop styling and set arrangement.
Shot on a Sony A7 III with a 55mm lens. The visual approach was built around a warm, intimate feel that matched the tone of the cover song. Post-production editing was also handled in-house — color grading and final cut included.

Storyboard
Every scene was mapped out in advance — deciding which shot would happen where, and how each moment in the song would translate into a specific location and frame.
Outcome
The video was published on SER!N's official YouTube channel as a fan birthday message. This was a paid commercial project — delivering the full creative direction and execution of a professional production with a small team.
